Somewhere beyond the valley,
I see the starship rise,
A bright lit shining ornament
Hanging low in the lunar sky.
But I'm stuck here tight in Tranquility,
Dreaming of worlds unseen,
--The unknown peoples and distant minds
Looking up at the night, looking back at me --
Wondering if they too wish on a starship's light.
